Spencer&Sons Construction Ltd is based in Leicestershire and has a combined experience of over 125 years in the construction industry. We have to date completed projects on both private and commercial buildings including major refurbishment works for Lutterworth Golf Club, Guinness Housing Trust, Lovell's Midland Heart Housing Association, Eon and domestic renovations'.
At Spencer&Sons we work very closely with all our clients to help maximize both the budget available and to complete all works to a very high standard. Whatever the project size may be, we have both site based and office based staff on hand to deal with any issues that may arise seven days a week. We are also pro active in both the Health and Safety elements of each project undertaken and as such This ensures all our work is carried out both professionally and with the highest levels of the safety and well being of both clients and our own staff and also the environment.
All staff at Spencer&Sons are time served tradesmen and employed by us so we do not subcontract work out to other contractors. This is to maintain our high level of service at all times.
We can offer a complete service from plans to completion and provide quotations on a fixed price or scheduled basis if required. All our work is fully guaranteed and covered by relevant insurances as a matter of course.
